Refund Policy

Effective: 2026-05-14 · Last updated: 2026-05-28

This Refund Policy explains when you can get your money back, when you cannot, and how refunds are issued. It works together with our Terms of Service — section 4 of the Terms covers the same ground in contract language, and this page is the plain-English version.

1. Before delivery — 100% money-back guarantee

For Foundation and Growth, Polery rebuilds your site, then gives you the included revision round(s) to react: Foundation includes 1 pre-launch revision round, Growth includes 2. The standalone $299 video includes 1 revision round. If, after the included round(s), the result still does not feel like your business, you do not pay — we will either keep fixing it within the agreed scope or refund the full project fee. No script, no negotiation.

Approved before-delivery refunds are issued within 14 business days.

2. After delivery — what is covered instead

Once a website is live on your domain — or, for the standalone video, once the final MP4 has been delivered — the project is considered delivered and refunds are no longer available. For Foundation and Growth, what you get instead is the 30-day post-launch fix window: typos, broken links, business-hours changes, and contact-detail updates are fixed free of charge for 30 days after launch. The standalone video includes free fixes for typos, phone, or business hours after delivery.

The fix window covers small corrections, not new feature requests. New work requested after delivery is billed hourly at our then-current rate.

3. Revisions come first

Your included revision rounds exist so the site is right before anyone needs to think about a refund. Please use them — tell us specifically what feels off, and we will adjust within scope. A refund is the fallback for when revisions genuinely cannot get the site to a place that feels like yours.

4. How refunds are issued

Payments are processed by PayPal. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to your original funding source. Timing depends on PayPal, your bank, and your card issuer.

5. Termination

If we end a project for cause — for example, you ask us to publish illegal or infringing content — no refund is due for work already completed. If you cancel after we have started work, fees for completed work are non-refundable, but the before-launch refund right in section 1 still applies if the work cannot be brought to a satisfactory state through the included revisions. See Terms of Service section 11 for the full termination language.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your business name and order details. We aim to reply within two business days. You can also reply directly to your PayPal receipt or invoice email.
